Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants, the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submitted that, during the pendency of the present Application, the Applicants have submitted one time settlement proposal to the Respondent No.2-Bank and it is in the process of acceptance.
