Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the Respondents prays that T. E. & R. Suit No.64 of 2016 be expedited.

Learned Court of Small Causes where T. E. & R. Suit No.64 of 2016 is pending, shall make an attempt to dispose of the suit at the earliest.
