The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the order dated 25th May 2014 passed by the District Collector (Resettlement), Branch Pune. It shows that as requested by the Petitioner, a land ad-measuring 80 Ares bearing Gat No. 710 (Part) at Village Bhose, Taluka Khed, District Pune has been allotted to him. The order itself records that the Petitioner has paid the balance occupancy price on 21st January 2014. We accept the statements reflected from the said order dated 25th May 2014. A copy of the said order dated 25th May 2014 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

We accept the statements made by the learned AGP based on the order dated 25th May 2014. In view of the order, nothing survives in the Petition.
