After this matter is heard for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the court to withdraw this petition with liberty to make appropriate representation to respondent nos.1 and 2 for taking action in accordance with law against respondent no.3 in the matter. Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

Representation be made to respondent nos.1 and 2 within two weeks from the date of this order and if any such representation is made, the same shall be decided by respondent nos.1 and 2 in accordance with law, after giving appropriate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
