Our attention was invited to the order passed by this Court on 26th July, 2022.

In the order dated 26th July, 2022, a reference is made to the principal prayer i.e. prayer clause 'a'. It was submitted before this Court that the election of the managing committee of Respondent No. 3 - Nav Palmyra Co-operative Housing Society Ltd on 31st July, 202. Considering the submission that there is some element of urgency, the Petition listed is today. Today, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 4 submitted that for six posts in the managing committee elections, only six applications were received & as there was no contest all these applicants were declared as elected unopposed. Needless to state that as the Petitioner had already availed the remedy of filing revision before the competent Authority namely, Revision Application No. 273 of 2022 and the Revisional Authority is in the process and certain dates are also fixed for hearing, we see no reason to pass any order in Writ Petition.
