In the above matters the following order was passed on 19 June 2017:

"1. Some of the above Writ Petitions were listed on Board last week. It appears that the papers in the above Petitions are not yet traced out. Office remark also shows that the matter is "under search". Registry has filed a submission that the papers could not be traced out and they are making efforts to search them.

2. The Petitions are very old. Advocates for the Petitioners in all the above Petitions to take steps to reconstruct the proceedings.

3. In the event no steps are taken, list the Petitions under the caption 'for dismissal' on the final hearing board on 27/06/2017.

4. In the event the steps are taken to reconstruct the proceedings, list the Petitions under the caption 'for directions' on 27/06/2017." 2.

The Petitions are listed under the caption "for dismissal". None,however, appears for the Petitioners.
