ORDER:

We are inclined to dispose of this petition as, the petitioner's prayer to consider her candidature in the Non Creamy Layer Category in the Maharashtra Engineering (Civil) Services Examination, 2013 cannot be granted in view of the admitted position on record that, while filling in the requisite form pursuant to the advertisement dated 13/9/2013, she has mentioned "No: for question as to whether candidate belongs to the Non Creamy Layer category." This admitted position therefore, in our view, cannot be overlooked. The petitioner has committed mistake, No case to issue any writ/order to correct the same. However, we are permitting the petitioner to make representation to respondent No. 1 - MPSC within three days and the authority concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
