Learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company submits that the entire compensation amount has already been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 2740 of 2008. He requested to grant stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 2740 of 2008. 2.

In view of submission in regard to the deposit of entire compensation amount before the learned Trial Court in this matter, there is no impediment to grant stay to the Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 2740 of 2008. Accordingly, there shall be stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 2740 of 2008.
