Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioner is to dispose of the petition by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal dated 10.9.2012 by which approval has been sought for appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of.
