P.C. :- Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The learned Counsel for the Applicant, at present, presses two reliefs sought for in the Application i.e. 11a(i) and 11a(ii).

As regard relief 11a(ii), the learned Counsel for the Respondents on instructions makes a statement that the Respondent

As regard relief 11a(i) regarding changes in revenue records, it is not necessary to pass any orders, as any change made in the revenue records are always subject to the outcome of the present Second Appeal and the revenue records do not confer any title. 4.
