Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned additional public prosecutor for the State. The applicant is one of the accused in Sessions Case No. 190 of 2011 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge at Kalyan and he is facing trial for the offences punishable under sections 120(B) and 302 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated that his elder brother is getting married on 21st July, 2015. The applicant made an application before the trial court to issue directions to the effect that he should be taken to the place of marriage of his elder brother under the police escort from the prison. spb/ 917apl670-15.sxw application has now been adjourned to 21st July, 2015. The date of marriage itself is 21st July, 2015.

Under the circumstances, it is necessary that the said application of the applicant is decided before 21st July, 2015. Therefore, the learned trial Judge is directed to decide the application of the applicant on 20th July, 2015 in the morning sessions. The learned Judge is further directed to issue certified copy or plain copy of the order immediately on the same day if the prayer of the applicant is rejected so that the applicant can move this court in the afternoon session. The parties and the learned trial Judge to act upon an authenticated copy of this order duly issued by the Registry. This present application stands disposed of with the above directions.
