By this application, the applicants seek liberty to bring the LRs of original petitioner No.4, since deceased, on record and set aside the abatement order.

The death certifcate indicates that Parshuram Hariba Mane has passed away on 02/09/2013. The learned Advocate representing the non-applicants submits that they would not oppose the LRs being brought on record.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The order of abatement is set aside. M.M.Salgaonkar
