Though the petitioner is before us with several prayers, at this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricts the prayer only to prayer clause (c) i.e. to direct the respondentauthorities to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 28th August 2013 for allotment of Gat No.197 admeasuring 2 Hectares 80 Ares instead of Gat No.617 since Gat No.617 is already handed over back to the owner of the land. We see application at Exh.F whereby an alternate land is sought by the petitioner.

We direct the respondent- Resettlement Officer to dispose of the said application within a period of three months from today. 3.
