There is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order in terms of which, the petitioners application seeking impleadment in RCS No.117 of 2010 has been declined. However, it is clarified that nothing done in RCS No.117 of 2010 and RCS No.264 of 2010 will bind or affect the rights if any, claimed by the petitioner in these petitions.

Further, it is reported that the petitioners have already taken N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

530-wp-7806-17 and 7810-17 out independent proceedings in order to assert their rights in the form of RCS No.72 of 2016. These proceedings to be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid clarifications, these petitions are disposed of.
