By this application, the applicants seek liberty to bring the LRs of original petitioner No.12, since deceased, on record and set aside the abatement order.

The death certifcate indicates that Harishchandra Bhau Rokde has passed away on 17/07/2019. The learned Advocate representing the non-applicants submits that they would not oppose the LRs being brought on record.
