1) This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad from 24/10/2016 to 25/1/2017 and particularly to visit a country namely the United States of America (U.S.A.). The applicant has mentioned the details in paragraph no.4 of the present application and has also given itinerary which is annexed at page no.21 to the present application. The applicant has also given the address where he intends to reside during the said period at the U.S.A. 2) The record reveals that the applicant was permitted by this Court to travel abroad by orders dated 13/2/2015 and 16/9/2016 on certain conditions. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the said orders the applicant had travelled abroad and has returned to India without committing breach of any conditions imposed upon him.
2 /2 24-appp-809-16.doc 3) In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the present application, the applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to the U.S.A. during the period from 24/10/2016 to 25/1/2017. Hence, the following order :- (a) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to United States of America during the period from 24/10/2016 to 25/1/2017;
(b) Before leaving India, the applicant shall submit detailed itinerary to the Investigating Officer; (c) After his return from abroad, the applicant shall intimate the said fact to the concerned Investigating Officer within three days from 25/1/2017.
Criminal Application No. 809 of 2016 is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
