Learned Counsel for the applicant/insurance company submits that the insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon. He therefore prays for stay to the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 19.9.2016 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai, in MACP No.1530 of 2009, as execution proceedings are moved against the insurance company.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel and as the entire decretal amount is already deposited in the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the impugned judgment and order dated 19.9.2016 is stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 5.
