It is pointed out that pursuant to the order dated 18 November 2016, the learned prospective Arbitrator has filed statement of disclosure under section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It appears that the said statement of disclosure was forwarded to the Registry, however, the same is not found on the record. Registry to place the statement of disclosure on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner however has placed on record, a copy of the letter dated 12 January 2017 of the prospective Arbitrator annexing therewith copy of the statement of disclosure. The said letter alongwith statement of disclosure is taken on record and the statement of disclosure is accepted.
Shri Justice S.R. Sathe (former Judge of this Court) is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

The parties are directed to communicate this order to the learned Arbitrator and to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 6 February 2017 at 10 a.m. or such other date as directed by the learned Arbitrator.
