The said heirs are Respondent Nos.1(A)(1) to 1(A)(5) who have been already brought on record as the heirs of the Respondent No.1 Shankar Babanna Chikode, who was the husband of the Respondent No.1(A). Since the heirs are already on record, the above Civil Application would have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. The said Respondent No.1(A)(1) to 1(A)(5) to be accordingly shown as heirs of the Respondent No.1(A). Amendment to be carried out in the Petition within two weeks. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
