Learned Senior Counsel appearing for Applicants, on instructions, submitted that, in the present case the Trial Court has already framed charge on 26th August 2021 and the trial has commenced. 2.

Record indicates that, the crime in present case is of the year 2007 and the police after completion of investigation submitted charge-sheet which is numbered as C.C.No.860/PW/2008. A supplementary chargesheet was filed against the remaining accused persons and the same has Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

S S KADAM 4-APL-580-2020.doc been numbered as C.C. No.1552/PW/2008. We are informed that both the said cases are being tried jointly.

As the said cases are of the year 2008 and pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court at Bandra, Mumbai, for more that 15 years, we direct the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the said cases and to conclude the same without seeking any extension in that behalf within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the present order.
