This petition is filed for following reliefs. "(ii) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or such other writ, direction or order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent to register the First Information Report against Shri. Makrand Sajjan Saogaonkar, having residence at Flat No.601,

Deshpande Durga, ICA Colony, Bhosarinagar, Pune, and against Smt. Leena Makrand Savgaonkar, Flat No.601, Deshpande Durga, ICA Colony,Bhosarinagar, Pune and against Shri. Santosh Krishna Gawade, Gental Bridge, Plot No.46, Sector No.6, PCNTDA, Bungalow A/4, Bhosari, Pune-411 026.

(iii) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the investigation of the crime to Economic Offence Wing (Pune Rural) or State CID."

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP, having taken instructions from Mr. D.B. Patil, PI, Chakan Poilce Station, Pune, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint, the FIR would be registered and crime would be investigated expeditiously. In view of the said statement, relief claimed in prayer clause (ii) will not survive. 3.

So far as prayer clause (iii) is concerned, we do not see any reason at this stage, to consider the said prayer. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. In view of the

disposal of the writ petition, Criminal Application No.114 of 2014 does not survive and the same is dismissed accordingly. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) ( RANJIT MORE, J.)
