Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has given no objection and returned papers to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Zilla Parishad pointed out that order dated 17/6/2017 suspending the petitioner during departmental inquiry has been questioned in the present matter. He points out that under Rule 13 of Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1964, remedy of filing appeal against said order is available. Learned AGP appeared for Respondent No.1. The impugned order is of suspension pending inquiry and the petitioner was also issued show cause notice dated 1/6/2017 for breach of discipline. We are not inclined to intervene in writ jurisdiction. With liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as are available in law, we dispose of the present petition.
