It is not in dispute that the Applicant is the successful bidder. Hence, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clause (b). The Petitioner to carry out amendment for impleading the Applicant as party Respondent No.3. We permit consequential amendments to the Petition as well as to the prayers. Consequential amendments shall be also carried to the synopsis. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
