3] Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move an application for grant of interim relief in pending Appeal being RTS No.104 of 2022. Learned AGP submits that hearing on such stay application shall be concluded expeditiously.

4] As such, it is directed that Sub-Divisional Officer shall decide the stay application within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing.
