Leave to amend is granted to the applicant to amend the prayer clause in the civil application. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks permission to serve the respondents by substituted service by publication of notice in the local newspaper Daily Kesari.

In paragraph 3 of the civil application, it is averred that the respondent nos.1(1) and 1(2) have left the place mentioned in the cause title of the petition. Statement made in paragraph 3 is accepted. 4.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Public notice shall be published within two weeks from today. The notice directed to be issued by an order dated 20th June 2017 is returnable
