The petitioner seeks direction to produce respondent no.6 - Harishchandra Bhaskar Patil, 85 year old father of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for last four years, petitioner being elder son is not allowed to meet his father, who is residing with younger brother and his wife i.e. respondent nos.1 and 2. 2.

It seems that the relations between the parties are strained due

32-wp-2364-16 to property dispute and running of a petrol pump. Civil Suit is pending in the Civil Court, Thane. From the record, we find that criminal case was also filed by the wife of petitioner against respondent no.1 and others. Various orders are passed in the civil and criminal cases. It was submitted by the learned counsel that petitioner is a partner in running of a petrol pump business along with respondent no.6 - father. 3.

Learned APP submits that statement of respondent no.6 - father was recorded by the police on 28/5/2016. She submits that father has shown no inclination to meet the petitioner. 4.

In the facts, we are not inclined to interfere. Without expressing any opinion on the allegations made by the petitioner and on the statement of the respondent no.6 - father, which the police claims to have been recorded, petition is disposed of.
