This application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code seeks to transfer the proceedings in Marriage Petition No. 114/2020 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, presented. by the Respondent - husband seeking for dissolution of marriage.

The Applicant is ordinarily residing at Thane. 3.

Mr. Pradeep Ratan Pardeshi, Respondent is present in the Court. He is identified by his Advocate. Mr. Pradeep R. Pardeshi has no objection for transferring proceedings in the Marriage Petition No.

Tikam 2/2 38- MCA 308 of 2022 114/2020 from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. 4.

In that view of the matter, application be allowed. Thus the following order:

ORDER

(i) The proceedings in the Marriage Petition No. 114/2020 presently pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon stand transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, Dist. Thane.
