By the present Interim Application, the Applicants are seeking to delete the name of Applicant No.1 and to carry out consequential amendment.

It is contention of the learned counsel appearing for the

21-IA-3371-2023.doc Applicants that the Applicant No.1 passed away on 20th April, 2022 and his legal heirs are already on record as Applicant Nos.2 to 5.

Therefore, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
