The Civil Application seeks an order for payment of interim wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act. A similar Civil Application for similar reliefs has already been allowed by this Court directing the Original Petitioner to pay wages to the Respondent workman as per Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act. Learned Counsel for the Respondent to the Civil Application (Original Petitioner) informs the Court that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on the earlier Civil Application, the Petitioner has been paying wages to the Applicant workman. The Civil Application is, accordingly, dismissed. ( S.C. GUPTE, J. ) Pg 1 of 1
