1] After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to surrender before the investigating officer on or before 11.00 a. m. of 12th February, 2018.

Leave and liberty granted.

2] Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3] In view of the order passed in ABA No.1141 of 2017, the Application No.626 of 2017 for intervention does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
