By this civil application, the applicants seek their impleadment as the petitioners in place of the original petitioner no.1. It is averred by the applicants that the petitioner no.1 is survived by his wife, one son and three married daughters. In this civil application, no affidavit in reply is filed. The averments made in the civil application are deemed to have been accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs. Place the writ petition on board for admission on 23rd July, 2018.
