Heard Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Walimbe, learned A.G.P, who appears by waiving notice for respondents No.1 to 5 - State. There is no need to issue notice to respondents No.6 and 7 as no relief is claimed against them. 2.

Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of learned Counsel for the parties present before the Court.

We direct respondent No.5 to decide the proposal dated 23rd June, 2021 sent by Management seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of "Peon" in accordance with law with applicable Government Resolutions at the earliest and, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

However, in case, approval is granted, name of the petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth System and by allotting Shalarth I.D., his salary together with arrears, if any, shall be released to him at the earliest and, in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date of grant of approval, if any.
