Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.4 Balkrishna Shankar Kshirsagar who died on 01.05.2015. Civil Application was filed within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.4 in Writ Petition No. 10440 of 2014 within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand Sneha Chavan 1/2

4 caw 2408-15=.doc dismissed without further reference to the court. b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant is directed to serve the copy of amended Writ Petition on respondents by private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
