1] This is an application seeking restoration of the appeal which came to be dismissed for default for non compliance of the office objection, namely, payment of the Court Fees. 2] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he has already received the amount of the Court Fees, the Challan is generated and he will be depositing the same within two weeks. 3] In view thereof, the Application is allowed. The Appeal is restored to its original file, subject to the Appellant's depositing the Court Fees within a period of two weeks from today. 4] If the office objection is complied within stipulated period, place the Appeal on board on 19th September, 2018.
