Heard. By this Civil Revision Application, the applicant defendant No.8 challenges the order passed by the Trial Court rejecting their application under Order VI Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the Civil Revision Application, the Special Civil Suit No. 87/2014 in which the applicant made an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been decided finally. Hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the Civil Revision Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
