In view of the aforesaid developments in the interregnum, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to fle a fresh petition as and when the cause of action accrues as the application for restoration of the said suit is awaiting hearing. 3.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
