Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that she does not have any instructions from the petitioners. However from the website she could get the order passed by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 30th Court, Kurla, Mumbai dated 30th January 2021 indicating that the proceedings in C.C. No. 33/DV/2014 were disposed of in view of Consent Terms.

I have perused the order dated 30th January 2021, wherein it is mentioned as follows:

 Applicant and four respondents were present.

 Memorandum of Consent Terms were perused.

 The contents of Consent Terms were read over to both parties in the presence of their respective counsel.

10.wp.2369.2016.doc  They admitted contents therein as true and correct.  One of the terms of the parties is that they have amicably settled the matter. Hence, the Domestic Violence application needs to be disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.

The Consent Terms were taken on record by trial Court vide 'Exhibit-45' and in view of Consent Terms, the application was disposed of.

The order dated 30th January 2021 is taken on record. 5.
