2024.02.05 11:17:26 +0530 SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI The only prayer made in the Petition reads as under:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for records & proceedings in respect of transfer of said plot No.6, G-20, G21, G-22, G-23, G-24 (Part) admeasuring 47,142.00 square meters from Respondent and that this Hon'ble Court may after pursuing the said records and proceedings may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or in that nature, thereby directing the Respondent No.2 i.e. the Chief Executive Office, MIDC to decide the Application dated 07/07/2017, 21/12/2021 and 27/02/2023 for transfer of Plot No.6, G-20, G-21, G-22, G-23, G-24 (Part) admeasuring 47,142.00 square meters of Taloja MIDC at 10% Differential premium on the basis of Circular dated 12/05/1998 in favour of the Petitioner herein and to decide the Application within a period of four weeks from the date of Order."

After hearing the parties, we are of the opinion that it is in the interests of justice that Respondents decide the Petitioner's application for 1 February, 2024

18-WP-117-2024.DOC transfer of the said plot, taking in to consideration Circular dated 12/05/1998, as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event, within a period of four weeks from today.
