In Writ Petition No. 9486 of 2023, Gat No. 384 admeasuring 2 Hector 21 R situated at Nighoje, Tq. Khed, Dist. Pune is in issue and in Kiran Kawre

2 23-wp-9486-2023.doc Writ Petition No. 9487 of 2023, Gat No. 416 admeasuring 3 Hector 48 R and Gat No. 448/5 admeasuring 34 R situated at Nighoje, Tq. Khed, Dist. Pune are the subject lands.

These petitions thus can be disposed of in terms of our order passed on Writ Petition No. 9286 of 2023 today in case of Anna Dinkar Thite (supra).
