When the petition was again called out for hearing on 3rd July, 2017, neither the petitioner nor the advocate for the petitioner had remained present, the Court had accordingly passed following order :

"1 None for the petitioner. None for the respondents. As a last chance, let the matter retain its position on the final hearing board and be called out on 04.07.2017"
