The Division Bench on 18th November, 2016 has recorded in the order that pursuant to the statement made by respondent No.4, "that as per instructions given by the Department of Telecommunication the concerned web sites are unblocked and nothing survives in the petition." Today none appears for the petitioner. In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent No.4 which has been recorded in the order passed by the Division Bench on 18th November, 2016, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. Therefore, the petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
