1. By this civil application, the applicant-Corporation seeks extension of time to complete the verification of process and comply with the order dated 22 nd December, 2016 passed by this Court. It appears from the record and as correctly pointed out by Mr. Mahadik that this order was challenged in Civil Appeal no.4929 of 2017 wherein the Supreme Court has vide an order dated 7 th April, 2017 allowed the appeal partly on the basis of consensus arrived at between the parties which was not to be treated as a precedent.

2. The order of this Court dated 22 nd December, 2016 has thus attained 1/2

18.caw-1545.17.doc finality as observed in the order in Civil Appeal no.4929 of 2017.

3. The prayer in the civil application is seeking extension of time by three months and the civil application is taken out on 3 rd July, 2017. Since several months have been passed since the civil application does not survive and the same is therefore dismissed.
