State has challenged the acquittal of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and is seeking leave under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. Leave application is delayed by eight days.

Learned APP is seeking condonation of that delay. Respondent No.5 gives no objection as he happens to be the original complainant. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 is opposing prayer. However, we have perused the application. We find reasons therein sufficient to condone the delay. Accordingly delay is condoned. Office to register the leave proceeding and list it after two weeks.
