This is an application seeking condonation of delay. The delay is of 215 days.

The learned counsel Mrt. Chandansingh Shekhawat submits that the respondent has instructed him to appear on behalf of the respondent. He vehemently opposes the condonation of delay. According to him, the delay has not been properly explained. The applicant has added additional grounds for condoning the delay.

Taking into consideration the explanation rendered in paras 4A to 4M, the delay of 215 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. It is specifically mentioned that due to administrative reasons, the delay has been caused. In view of this, the application seeking condonation of delay is allowed. The delay is condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The application seeking condonation of delay is disposed of.
