Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This civil application is for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for nonprosecution by an order dated 23.6.2017. The learned AGP appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr.Anil Diwate appears for respondent no.3 who has vehemently opposed the civil application. Having perused' the averments as made in the civil application, it is in the interest of justice that the civil application is allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
