This Application prays for release of the Applicant on bail in the event of arrest in connection with the FIR No. 0111 of 2021 dated 24.02.2021 registered with Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, for the offence punishable under Section 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court by Order dated 08.09.2021, had already passed an Interim Order on Applicant'

s showing bonafide by

2 904-ABA-2011-2021.doc depositing Rs. 88,000/- in this Court. The Applicant has accordingly deposited the amount of Rs. 88,000/- in this Court. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 3.

Considering this and the fact that, the interim relief is in operation since 26.08.2021, this Court finds that the purpose will be served by allowing the Application in terms of Order dated 26.08.2021. Hence the following Order.

ORDER

a) In the event of arrest of Applicant in C. R. No. 0111 of 2021 dated 24/02/2021 registered with Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, for the offence punishable under Section 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

b) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.

3 904-ABA-2011-2021.doc c) The amount be transferred to the Court of J.M.F.C. 9th Court, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, having jurisdiction over Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune. The said amount be disbursed at the conclusion of the trial or as the case may be on Application of the Informant/Complainant in accordance with law. d) The Police to inform of this Order to the Informant/Complainant.

The Application stands disposed of.
