ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the First Appeal and for notice to be issued to the Respondents.

The Applicant states that the he went to his native place for arranging the Court Fee and for deposit of the Court Fees which took time in filing the First Appeal which was filed on 17th June, 1/2

21-ia-17217-2022.doc 2022 and which impugns the judgment and order dated 23rd February, 2022 passed by the MACT, Rajgurunagar, Khed, Pune. 3.

Upon considering the averments in the Interim Application, I am of the view that a satisfactory explanation has been given for the delay of 15 days in filing the First Appeal. Accordingly, the relief sought for in the Interim Application requires to be granted. Hence the following order:- (i) The delay of 15 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned. (ii) The First Appeal shall be taken on file. (iii) Notice shall be issued to the Respondents, returnable on 16th January, 2023.

(iv) The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.I. CHAGLA J.] 2/2
