Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer was made to direct the District Education Officer, Solapur, to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal dated 06/05/2014 sent by the respondent no.4. In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, the petition is disposed of by directing the URS 1 of 2

2 WP 9936-16.doc-P-43 respondent no.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal sent by the respondent no.4, as expeditiously as possible and not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of the same.
