Mr. Saste, learned APP, at the outset, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that the investigation into the FIR bearing C.R.No.198 of 2015 registered with Versova Police Station shall be completed within a period of three months from today and an appropriate report to that effect would be filed before the concerned Magistrate. The statement is accepted. 2.

In the light of the statement made by the learned APP, the petitioners does not press the petition. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of as not pressed.
