DATE : 22 FEBRUARY, 2024 P.C. :- This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court to expedite the hearing of the Petition P.A. No. 178 of 2021 pending before the Family Court at Pune and also a prayer that a direction may be issued that the application (Ex.25) for interim maintenance be disposed of as early as possible within a period of four weeks from the date of an order passed by this Court. 2.

Mr. Nevshe, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wife submits that the prayer clause (b) of this petition has

2/3 become infructuous as during the pendency of this writ petition, the interim maintenance application has been decided by the Family Court at Pune.

Therefore, in this writ petition is now only to consider whether the hearing of the petition pending before the Family Court should be expedited.

It is the case of the Mr. Nevshe that the petitioner wife is working and is drawing appropriately salary of Rs.60,000/- per month. He submits that the respondent husband is working in the I.T. Sector and his monthly salary is roughly Rs.1,87,000/- per month.

I have gone through the grounds as mentioned in the writ petition. From the Roznama which is enclosed to this writ petition, it can be seen that the matter is appearing on board and as certain interim applications are filed by the parties, the cross

No grounds are made out to entertain this writ petition. 7.

Writ petition is dismissed.
